I'm Banpli Khongstia, an SEO Specialist working across organic search, content optimization, local visibility and emerging AI-search experiences. My work combines research, execution, measurement and automation to make businesses easier to discover across traditional and AI-assisted search.
My professional journey started in customer communication and lead support, where I learned how people ask questions, evaluate services and make decisions. That understanding of user intent later became a practical foundation for my work in content and SEO.
